  • Our Empire Wedding Package allows our professionals to take care of your memorable day. For larger weddings of 75 guests or more, we include a complimentary guestroom with an ocean or city view with full breakfast for two the next morning.

Room Details

Crystal Ballroom

  • Elegant Décor – light rose coloured drapes and chandeliers.
  • Built in P/A system. 6 hook ups through-out room.
  • P/A System is for entire room only, can not be partial.  A separate P/A system must be rented for partial room usage.
  • More than one microphone will require more equipment to be rented, from mixers to feed back reducers, etc.
  • Maximum 8’ high screens (without risers - max. on risers is 6' x 6' screen). For large groups, recommend 2 screens for maximum seating.
  • Dance Floor 27’L x 20’W.
  • Natural light with windows on west side.
  • Two pillars in room should be taken into consideration when planning events that require presentations.

Pavilion

  • Elegant Décor – light rose colored drapes with small chandeliers.
  • Built in P/A system can be used for whole section.  Can not be partially used.
  • More than one microphone will require more equipment to be rented, from mixers to feed back reducers, etc.
  • Maximum 8’ high screens (without risers).
  • Natural Light with windows on north side.

Boardroom

  • Can be rented out in conjunction with larger conference only.
  • 150 square feet,  audio not required. No P/A system installed. 
  • Black-board.
  • Natural Light with window on west side.

Coal Harbour

  • Modern & Dramatic Décor – Black ceiling with Track Lighting and Blinds on Windows.
  • Access to Robson Street from room.
  • Large loading area capable for the convenience of major set-up. 
  • No P/A system installed for microphone the “Public Address System” must be rented. 
  • Maximum 10' high screens.
  • A Dance Floor must be rented (based on availability) – advance notice required for set-up.
  • Natural Light with windows on north and west sides.
  • Four pillars in room should be taken into consideration when planning events that require presentations.

Burrard Inlet

  • No P/A system installed, for microphone the “Public Address System” must be rented.
  • Whiteboard on east wall.
  • No natural light. 

English Bay

  • 408 square feet,  audio not needed. No P/A system installed. 
  • Whiteboard on east wall.
  • Natural Light with window on north side.  It is an inner room.

False Creek

  • No P/A system installed, for microphone the “Public Address System” must be rented.
  • White-board in each side on south wall.
  • No natural light.
